Harvesting

This is the most important part of the winemaking process. You have to set the proper timing and season when harvesting the grapefruits. Fermenting

Clarifying


Once the fermentation process is complete, the clarifying stage comes after. In this process, the juice is being freed and clarified from any skins, solid particles, and seeds that are included during the whole process. The yeast that is dead is also filtered to make sure that everything is cleared out before they will pass to the next stage. Once everything is clarified, it will be stored in stainless steel tanks or oak barrels.

These barrels and tanks are regularly cleaned before the final juice are being stored to make sure that no other entities are included when the wine is processed for bottling and no other component or floating particles are seen. Bottling and Aging

This is the final stage of the winemaking process. In this process, there are two options for every winemaker to choose from. Once it is cleared and stored in tanks and barrels, they can bottle it immediately or the other one is that they can age it for additional time to come up with premier and exquisite taste.
